RUNNER INFORMATION GUIDE

• Verify event registration (check your confirmation email).
• Review the event schedule and check-in times (POSTED AT ENDERUN SOCMED)
• Pack a valid photo ID.
• Study the race course (runners are responsible for knowing the route).

Options

• Pick-up: October 1–3, 2025 at Enderun Campus (final schedule to be announced).
• Shipping: Race kits will be delivered to your registered address starting September 26, 2025 onwards.

Deadline

• All race kits must be claimed by Friday, October 3, 2025. No Claiming on Raceday

CLAIMING OF RACE KITS BY AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVES

You may designate an authorized representative, messenger, or courier service (e.g., Grab, Lalamove) to claim your race kit on your behalf.
Please ensure they bring PRINTED COPIES of the following:

• A copy of runner’s valid ID
• A signed authorization letter
• A Printout of the registration email

• Familiarize yourself with the venue (check-in, bag drop, start line, finish line, post-run area).
• Take note of road closures (inner lane closed from 2:00 AM because of the race set-up to run course; but mostly all areas still passable).
• Prepare all items needed for race day.

Finish Line: Enderun Campus

• 10 KM → Assembly 4:30 AM | Gun Start 5:00 AM
• 5 KM → Assembly 5:00 AM | Gun Start 5:30 AM
• 3 KM → Assembly 5:30 AM | Gun Start 6:00 AM

• Bib Number

  • Must be worn in front.
  • Attach using safety pins (included) or your own race belt.
  • Do not fold, alter, or cover.
  • No Bib, No Race.
• Official Enderun Bag (Required for baggage drop)
• Run Shirt (We recommend wearing the official limited run shirt to create a more unified and enticing look in photo-ops.)

• Available on race morning at the Start Line (Mckinley Stadium)
• Only the official kit bag will be accepted.
• Suggested items: change of clothes, footwear, small personal items.
• Do not place valuables (phones, wallets, laptops, etc.).
• Organizers are not liable for lost or damaged items.

• Cross the finish line
• Receive your medal
• Recover and cool down
• Collect your gear bag and treats at Enderun Campus
• Join the After Party (until 2:00 PM, Sunday, October 5, 2025), featuring live performances by Sunkissed Lola, Sydhartha, Demi, DJ Rav, and bands White Flag & Victoria St.
• Awarding ceremonies
• Music festival

• Exciting raffles for all registered participants

• Paid parking is available within McKinley Hill at the open lot beside McKinley Hill Stadium, the Venice Grand Canal Mall, and the McKinley Hill Parking Building behind Upper McKinley Road.
